WHAT DO WE NEED TODAY?

·     We are actively seeking funding from various sources, i.e., state, local, federal, and private donations to assist with operating expenses, including administration of the monitoring process and future project acquisition expenses. We also need new members to help with a variety of tasks from being on the board of directors to providing administrative assistance. We need willing sellers of buildable lots to provide affordable workforce housing.

WHAT CAN YOU DO?

• Make a donation.

• Join the Trust: $35.00 membership fee.

• Volunteer to sit on the Board or a committee.

• Attend the next Land Trust meeting.

The Middle Keys Community Land Trust [MKCLT] needs a few good members. The Land Trust is a grass roots, community-based, private, non-profit organization. Our mission is to provide affordable housing homeownership and rental opportunities for the Monroe County workforce. Becoming a new member of the Middle Keys Community Land Trust is easy.
